FX : 2kgs
Kleber 1000 : 15kgs

Material Features :

·         It is silicate based material and it can withstand 1300C.

·         Fx and Kleber 1000 products are produced to be used immediately.

·         As a result of mixtures prepared in special mixers, Fx and Kleber 1000 are suitable for spraying and brushing.

·         The duration for drying is generally 2 hours but it may vary according to the thickness applied and the usage area.

·         It is unfavorable to freeze materials in storage.

Usage Areas:

·         All kinds of ceramic fiber based insulation materials (such as blanket, board, paper, felt) are both pasted to each other and to hard materials such as refractory bricks and stainless plates.

·         It is also used as a binder between layers in order to increase the strength of ceramic fiber modules.

·         It is preferred as a heat-resistance enhancing adhesive material within various binder mixtures.
